We’re delighted to announce that several new members have joined the Happold Foundation as Trustees, Ambassadors and Leadership within the organisation.
Our New Trustees
We welcome three new Trustees acting as Hub Leaders:
- Clara Gholam – Education Hub Leader
- Kitty Walker – Futures Hub Leader
- Sam Youdan – Human Development Hub Leader
As well as our new Trustees, we are delighted that Myrto Skreta Krikou joins us as Human Development co-hub leader, supporting Sam Youdan.
The Trustee Hub Leaders lead our Focus Hubs using their expertise in a specific field to ensure funds are allocated in the most effective way possible, working to maintain an excellent relationship with our partner organisations.
The Happold Foundation currently has 14 Trustees globally who meet twice a year to provide strategic oversight to our work ensuring that it continues to be effective and innovative. Each uses their skills and experience to help the Happold Foundation grow and continue to make an impact on people’s lives. We are extremely grateful to all of our members who give their time on a volunteer basis.

We currently have 9 Ambassadors working alongside our Trustees and Leadership team, providing invaluable, voluntary support to the Foundation. Our Ambassadors help develop close relationships with our partner organisations, help select new grant awards, and monitor the impact of our grant schemes.
Our Leadership Team
We are delighted that Alison Ulldemolins and Eleanor Greatholder have joined our Leadership Team. Alison is our Communications Director, driving forward our communications strategy to promote the work and aims of the Foundation both within Buro Happold and externally; and Eleanor (Trustee) will be overseeing setting up Foundation arms in other countries, starting with the United States.
