Are you looking for an opportunity to support the engineers of the future? The Happold Foundation is looking for mentors from the sector to support students in a number of upcoming events. Playing an invaluable part in helping to show students what working in engineering involves, as a Happold Foundation mentor you’ll have the opportunity to inspire a young person to follow a career in the built environment.
Whether you are a member of our alumni, one of our industry partners or a built environment professional who wants to contribute, we want to hear from you.

We need mentors to help us run the upcoming Your Green Future event. If you can spare a few hours of your time, please contact us for more information.
Your Green Future is a 2-day sustainability event introducing secondary school students to what might be involved in the development of a low carbon future and how this might impact on their future career choices. The events include fun, interactive workshops that cover a range of themes including business, waste, energy, architectural planning, and innovation. Students work with a industry mentor who will guide them through tasks set by the workshop facilitator.
The Happold Foundation are working with Your Green Future to hold an event from 25-26 September 2018 at Cefn Lea Park Conference Centre, Newtown, Powys.
We need a number of mentors to help us run the workshops at both events. Read more about being a mentor at a Your Green Future workshop, or contact Fergus.Anderson@burohappold.com.
